Terms of Service

In short: you pay once for an audit of a business website you are allowed to represent. We show you what AI assistants say about that business and what we recommend. We do not guarantee any assistant will recommend you. If we cannot deliver within 48 hours of payment, you get your money back.

1. Who we are

TryPresence is a product of GlowCode L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai ("we", "us"), licensed by the Meydan Free Zone Authority, VAT TRN 104835160300003. 2. The service

The AI Visibility Audit (the "Audit") is a one-time report on one business website. We send questions a buyer might ask to third-party AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) through their official APIs, and report their answers, the sources they cite, other businesses they name, and our recommended fixes. What the Audit includes is listed on our website and on the order page at the time you buy.

The Audit currently covers business websites only. We do not audit individuals, personal profiles or social media accounts.

3. Ordering and payment

• The price is USD 149, shown in US dollars before you pay. UAE VAT at 5% is added for customers in the UAE (USD 156.45 in total) and shown before payment.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• The contract starts when your payment succeeds and we confirm your order by email.

4. Delivery

We deliver your report within 48 hours of successful payment, by email or through your account. If we need information only you can give before we can start, the 48 hours run from when you give it, and we will tell you by email. If we cannot, you are entitled to a full refund under our refund policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must own the website you submit, or be authorised by the business that does.
• The information you give us (business name, market, description) must be accurate.
• You must not use the service to harass, defame or unlawfully investigate anyone, or to break any law.
• You must not try to disrupt, overload or get unauthorised access to the service.

6. What the results are, and are not

AI assistants are run by third parties we do not control. Their answers can be wrong, change without notice and differ between users. The Audit records what they said through their APIs at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of how they will answer in future, and it is not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads or revenue.

Our recommendations are our professional opinion based on the evidence collected. Each one says whether the problem behind it is verified or only likely. You decide whether to act on them.

7. Ownership and use of the report

• You may keep, copy and share your report, inside or outside your business.
• We keep all rights in our software, methods and templates.
• We may use anonymised, aggregated data from audits to improve the service. We will not name your business publicly, or use your report in our marketing, without your written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an Audit is limited to the amount you paid for that Audit, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, unless the law requires otherwise. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
