In short: we collect what we need to answer you, take payment and deliver your audit. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. We never sell personal data. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
1. Who is responsible
GlowCode L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which runs TryPresence, is responsible for your personal data. Contact us about privacy at [email protected]. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. What we collect

This marketing website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To take payment, deliver your audit and support you (performing our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraud.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
4. Who processes it for us
We share data only with the service providers needed to run TryPresence, under contracts that require them to protect personal data:

Several of these providers process data outside the UAE, mainly in the United States and the European Union. We send AI providers only what an audit needs. Please do not put personal information about individuals into audit details.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months, unless they lead to an order.
- Audit data and reports: 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Orders, invoices and payment records, including the website address printed on the invoice: as long as UAE accounting and tax law requires (currently up to seven years), even if you delete your account.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself in Settings in the app. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, provider API keys are never stored in plain text, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to deliver your audit.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
